the US patentand trademark offive refused to registar a similar
trademark by the Dream factory based onmy trademarks dominant position
and use inMotion pictures....the atty had threatened me they would do
whatever to get my name...this was the 2nd time..1stwas in 1993 ..the
companyraised 6 million and intented tio Hijack the namecalling
themselves dream factory...this was 22n and was a chinese firm outoflos
angeles wiha beverly hils atty...and big bux...
I asked God likei did the 1st timeas i am a small co and had health
issues..etc,,but what they didnt considerwas what Mel Blanc told em
in1976 wheni asked can i be honmest inshow biz mel????he said well
surround yourself with god people andyou can...as thereare some good and
soem not to good,....seek thegood ones..I did and have andits my
friends,family,andgo and some sicilian attys in NYC and some god peplel
inthepatent office.andlocal attys that work ininternational
law..someincredible people in show biz that helped me and some friends
ive had sincei was 15 and mycousins andfamilyand a even a few mope
members..so thank you and god bless..i still hopeto make a book,

treating peple kind andhelping the least is what God asked us to
do..andthe ones that try to stael or cause hardships can be hard as
adversity is hard..but it builds you and tempers you,,each timei canover

all lessons fromGod to build thespirit...I felt all the spirits were

i loved this business and field however have had a love /hate with it 41

obsessions....they graduated andtodd knows it..as we all will someofus
need longerlessons..as i age i see so much grey...but ifits gods will..i
plan to make many new products with partner makers,so if anyone wants to
network with me I plan o offer liscences ofmybrand and haveooodles
ofideas i nevermade as im so frugle and concervative and thetooling
costs were high itwas 30kalone formy move award band ,,butparamount
ordered 30k alone andi still havethe mold and itwill do a million
parts...I always knew my biz was a gold mine...people didnt get it..i
wantedto be by myson and see him grow notmanange a empire ofmallshops
andfactories..bec to me that was moreimportant..well hes 31 andhe likes
tomaketoys so now he could get ready to carry onteh family busines..plus
i could offer jobsto many who like my ideas on how to do
business...itall starts witha Dream no matterwho you are...andi was
taught todrean and want to help others do the same..I want to do
projects to help others dream likekids...I just need some fuel -FUnds
and keypeple tomanage it andgrow itandmany ofyou haveshown me you could
be theones...as ive watched how yu treat others all these years...OK

Trademark Office. Registration of Dream Factory Group has been refused
to the bad guys because, says the Patent and Trademark Office, it is too
similar to your mark.
There’s not much to be done at this point except wait to see what the
