I gave up on Gavelsnipe months ago. They had a notice up for a long time saying that there were problems placing ebay bids. Snipes were not being executed and contacting them was very difficult.

You can never reach anyone. It used to be a perfect site. As of late you couldn't use it for eBay auctions!
