Heritage will of course accept wire transfers. It‘s up to the sender to specify to pays the cost of the transfer. You can split them, make the seller pay both ends or cover both ends yourself. US banks are often very expensive when it comes to sending money, but they fees for incoming payments are usually quite low.
A $50 fee seems pretty common for US banks, and this is where services like xe.com come in. I haven‘t used them in years, but they used to be a great deal cheaper.

Hi Michael ,
I receive proceeds from my sales at emovieposter by international bankwire , their bank charges 50$ .
My bank charges a very small fee for receiving the money ( of course fees from one bank to another may vary , see link below ) , but of course heritage can do what they want , even if their bank charges a 50$ fee heritage may ask you for a 2.5 % fee on the amount of the money you send them …
If heritage accepts a bankwire with very low or no fees on their side then that’s probably the best option you have

Hello All
I am never surprised at the greed that's out there but Heritage does keep a pretty admirable pace in this ever wonderful state of late-capitalism. Maybe they hid this announcement in an update email that nobody reads or something but all of a sudden I cannot pay my poster invoice through Paypal. I don't use credit cards for online payments after being stung once so now I'm seemingly in quite a predicament. Oh, wait, they're also charging a 2.3% processing fee on the Visa/Mastercard use so I'd be extra insulted if I was going to choose that anyway. Soon I expect them to just list available titles of interest in text and propose we will fly down on our dime (small percentage of flight/accomodation fees to them for processing, naturally) to photograph and do a condition report for them.
I've talked to client services twice. The first rep said she thought my best bet was doing a debit card payment but my bank seems to feel that would mean setting up a separate account and, frankly, I don't want the hassle. Then the second rep said to wire the funds so I am just waiting for my bank rep to get back to me about the reality of that option and whether there are fees on my end. Does anybody out there have a good, cheap reliable method for this type of transaction between the lowly Canadian David versus the Dallas Goliath?
Any help would be appreciated. Next option is divorce from Heritage in totality and keep awaiting the revolution.
Thanks,
M
