This is TWO sets of auctions in one! In the past we used to auction lobby
card sets and still sets in separate sets of auctions, but now we do them
all at the same time in one bi-weekly auction! You won't believe how low
the prices currently are! As of this writing, with just hours to go, there
are 395 of these lobby card and still sets at just $1 to $5 per SET, not
per CARD (or still)!
Since around half of these are sets of 8 or more (and there are as many as
99 stills in one lot!), this means a large number of sets are well under
just a DOLLAR per card (and on the lowest priced ones, pennies per card!).
And on all the sets (not just the lowest priced ones, but all of them, even
the highest priced ones), almost ALL of them are FAR under where the same
or similar sets have sold for in the past!
And with these low, low prices you MIGHT think these are mostly obscure
titles with little desirability. But that is not in the slightest true!
Look at the above link, and you will see lots and lots of VERY desirable
titles! Remember that on OUR auctions there are NO buyers premiums, so $1
is REALLY $1, and NOT "$1, plus $19 buyers premium" as seen in some other
auctions!
If you are a fan of older lobby cards or stills, know that over half of
these sets are from the 1950s and earlier (including 372 from the 1940s and
earlier), and many of these titles are extremely rare! But there is no way
you can look through 1,202 auctions in just a short while, so please look
at these right now, so YOU can be getting some the great deals that surely
will be made when these close in a few hours!
