When I asked my attorney I said you know the truth I've never been out
of business

I couldn't work on my business because I was spending so much time,

But I said I will not sell you out or abandon you, I have no idea how
we're going to do this

benefit
My ex-wife Also with saying I was crazy to stand firm,After the lawsuit
was over and I got a settlement
She demanded that I share with her and my son We're distress they
underwent while I was fighting the lawsuit
So I wondered if it really mattered
Crazy thing happened.. two Inventors Phone me

The other was Bernard Cousino 94-year-old into who was eds friend
Was from Toledo, he was and audiovisual products inventor As part of the
Thomas Edison Institute in Fort Myers Florida, Bernie Was a specialist

He work for Walt Disney with all the animaTronics And it was bootlegged
on Teddy Ruxpin
So here two old guys Telling me not to give up the ship
And telling me Stories of house similar happened to them
ok... The other attorney Was very good And then quite a case against
Our case..And Like I said he intimidated my attorney
So then judge Good man Who was the former mayor of Toledo
Prior to trial, Told the other attorney To settle with me
The Attorney Said Do you want to be paid in pesos?
Laughing at us
Then incredible happened... After our last meeting with the judge
Attorney died of a massive heart attack
Any of the other three firms would've had to gone over all the years Of
Documents
That he tried to sandbag Against the ruling
I could've never imagined What happened at all
By this time other side Trying to not pay the Settlement
Saying they were bankruptcy
It was a ploy Shake creditors as they owed a lot of people money
I found in my law books That you can pierce the corporate veil That many
tried to hide under
For damages and such It's called joint tortfeasor theory
Partners and officers of the corporation Commit a fraud Or perpetuate a
Rico act By making false statements And using the mail an the wires The
officers can be held personally and severally liable
And if they don't abide by The judges orders Found in contempt of court
also The officers Could not Start Shell Corporations Perpetuate anymore
frauds Until they satisfy the judgment
We had to have the state , Another attorney The FBI
Involved..I am not sure what happened to the officers Is they never Call
the securities exchange commission
So let them know there was an issue In the legality of using my
trademark
So investors And clients may have been injured by this group Financially
When a stock is sold You must have Transparency And explain in the
perspectives Of any legal problems
Company knew They had infringed But Still trying to High-def asked
Because I was just a Movie memorabilia dealer If Not a lot of financial
backing
I tell you this as my testimony
There's many times in life All Can looks bleak
What I did was say OK god if you want me to get through this..

before you say it was a coincidence....
we all try to do what seems the best with logical critical thinking
but life can overwhelm us..
all i can tell you is i have had so many Coincidences
I've lost count
Forgiveness is important
Friendship is important
Treating others how you would like to be treated
And helping others
Giving thanks to all the people Even the ones You hard time
are teachers....
Adversity Is a great lesson
To learn how to deal with adversity
You have to experience in adverse conditions
Looking back at my childhood I now see I was being trained
To know what poverty was So I could learn to be frugal
That's all people in the depression learn
Like my grandparents
It teaches us respect,To be humble
And why we need to help others Because we all can have downtimesWe're
help problems

In overcoming Struggle
Love,And Finances,Hardships,Family problems
When I see a movie like it's a wonderful life
Remind me to be grateful And thankful For everyone
It's we're all part of the giant family Of the world
Regardless of religious believes, Gender,Opinions age
