This is Bruce Hershenson. I'm posting this because tomorrow (Thursday the
14th) we have one of our most interesting sets of auctions *EVER*! It
contains a remarkable assortment of *1,414 very oversized rolled and flat
items, plus all sorts of books and much more* closing Thursday at
*http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/14.html
<http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/14.html>*

*NORMALLY I POST LIKE THIS THE DAY THE AUCTIONS ARE CLOSING, BUT I AM
POSTING THIS ONE A DAY EARLY, BECAUSE THERE IS SO MUCH INTERESTING MATERIAL
THAT YOU LIKELY WILL NEED AN EXTRA DAY TO LOOK IT ALL OVER!*

If you collect any sort of movie memorabilia, and if you like the rare and
the unusual, you really need to check these out because an awful *LOT *of
these are incredibly rare (many surely "one-of-a-kind"), and a number of
them are ones you might expect to see in "major auctions". Yet because
these are NOT in a major auction, but are in eMoviePoster.com auctions,
NONE have reserves or buyers premiums, and ALL will actually sell to the
high bidders, regardless of the final bid price.

And the offerings are more varied than just about any auction we do,
because they cover so many different types of collectibles (including 37
Forty By Sixties, 3 ultra-rare giant billboard posters, 30 rolled (not
folded) French one-panels (sets and singles), 3 ultra-rare 22x28 jumbo
window cards, and so much more, items we rarely include in any other set of
auctions we hold). There are also 36 half-sheets, 4 inserts and 12
"personality posters" (most INCREDIBLY rare) that are included here because
they are fragile enough that they MUST be sent in large flat packages (and
those are mostly super-rare or one-of-a-kind!).

*AND FOR OUR FIRST TIME EVER, WE HAVE A REALLY COOL ASSORTMENT OF 24 ACTUAL
SCREEN-USED COSTUMES, SOME FROM VERY POPULAR MOVIES, LIKE BEN-HUR AND
TITANIC!*

In the past, we would limit an auction like this to a couple of hundred
very oversized rolled and flat items, because we were constrained by our
thrice-weekly auctions, and could not do more than that in any one set of
auctions. But *NOW*, thanks to our new bi-weekly auctions, we not only were
able to increase the number of very oversized rolled and flat items to
over *FOUR
HUNDRED*, but we were also able to add in almost 1,000 "miscellaneous"
items that ship in standard or small packages (including 324 books of all
sorts, 269 souvenir programs, 194 presskits, 104 Japanese programs, 33
records, and more!).

So this is THREE sets of auctions in one! And we have links that let you
just view all of each type, as shown here:
Items that ship in standard or small packages (983)
Items that ship in oversized tubes (232)
Items that ship in oversized flat packages (198)
and you can of course still use our "Search Filters" to search within
each type!

And yet, in spite of the great rarity of many of these items, there are
somehow currently still *FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE* of these at just $1
(172 currently have NO bid at all, so a single $1 bid might win some of
those!) and *808* at just $1 to $5 (and we have no "buyers premiums", so
"$1" is REALLY $1, and NOT "$1, plus $19 buyers premium")!

Now of course, many of these will get more bids over the next day, but
there is definitely the chance for unbelievably great deals on many of
these! But please DO remember that most of these have higher than usual
shipping charges, and some have much higher than usual shipping charges, so
bear the shipping in mind *BEFORE *you place bids (see below for much more
on this).

The current low, low bid prices mean that, if a lot more bids aren't
placed, it will be mostly dealers who buy these items (and remember that we
offer all buyers, on request, an unwatermarked supersized image of every
item they buy, so dealers can quickly add their purchases to their websites
or eBay stores with little time or effort!

But remember that ALL of the items are in this set of auctions for one of
five reasons:
1) Many of the items have to be sent in *VERY *large flat packages (some
the size of inserts or half-sheets, but some even larger). Many of these
are fragile inserts or half-sheets that *CAN'T *be rolled (many
unbelievably rare!)
2) Some of the items have to be sent separately because they are *NOT *
"combine-able"
3) Many of the items are very large "roll-able" posters that have to be
sent in tubes over 32" long
4) Some of the items are posters that can be sent in standard tubes under
32" long, but because they are extremely long, they may have to be sent by
themselves (or solely with very similar posters).
5) The 983 items that ship in standard or small packages are mostly ones
that can be sent "Media Mail" in the U.S., but most of them are fairly
heavy (especially the books, presskits, and magazines) and if you get a
number of them they can make for a fairly large and heavy package.

What does all of the above shipping information mean to *YOU*, the bidders?
It means that a lot of these will cost either somewhat more to ship ($20 or
$30 in the U.S. vs $12 in the U.S. had they been standard sized), some will
cost a LOT more to ship ($50 or $75), and a few will cost a MASSIVE amount
to ship ($100 or more, and those are all giant flat items that are clearly
marked, *AND *WE REQUEST THAT NON-U.S. BIDDERS DON'T BID ON THOSE GIANT
ITEMS AT ALL).

But there is a simple way to deal with this for those items that have very
high shipping costs (the ones that need to be sent in *VERY *large flat
packages)! Just include the approximate shipping amount in what you bid. So
if you were willing to pay $100, and you think the shipping might be $50,
then only bid $50, so you pay a total of $100 ($50 for your bid, plus $50
for shipping).

And the most important thing is that *WE WILL COMBINE YOUR PURCHASES FROM
THIS AUCTION OF 419 ITEMS INTO AS FEW PACKAGES OR TUBES AS POSSIBLE!* That
means that if you purchase five items that cost $50 each to send, but they *ARE
*"combine-able", then you will pay just $50 for ALL FIVE ITEMS, so that
greatly lowers the cost per item. We are "on your side" and will do all we
can to combine these items, as long as it is safe to do so.

We absolutely want to combine as much as possible, and we will do
everything we can to have your purchases packed in as few packages as
possible, but there is a limit to how much combining we can do. This is
because sometimes combining items would surely result in some of them
getting damaged (so please be understanding of how many packages we tell
you your purchases are packed in). In some cases the individual auctions
may say that an item can't be combined with other posters, but that may not
always be true. After the auctions all end, we will evaluate what each
person won, do *ALL WE CAN* to end up with the smallest number of packages
or tubes.

This also means that once you are pretty certain you will get any ONE item,
then you can add more "combine-able" items to that, and hardly up the
shipping at all. For example, this auction contains 37 Forty By Sixty
posters. It doesn't cost much more to send five rather than one (in a
single tube). The same is true of all the items that need to go in large
flat packages. Once you get any ONE large flat item, we can almost surely
add several more large flat items to that package without too much extra
cost.

And here is one last incredible offer! *IF YOU EVER HAD THE DESIRE TO VISIT
OUR OPERATION* (and see how we do all we do, but especially if you have
ever considered coming here to drop off consignments to us, as happens with
some of our thousands of consignors at least once or twice every month),
then *WE WILL "HOLD" ANY ITEMS YOU PURCHASE FROM TODAY'S AUCTIONS OF 1,414
ITEMS, AND WE WILL HOLD THEM FOR UP TO SIX MONTHS AFTER THE AUCTIONS CLOSE*
(but you must pay for them within two weeks, and this offer is only good
for these 1,414 items, and not any other items we auction, which we hold
for 12 weeks)!

So bear in mind that you can buy any of these 1,414 items for no shipping
cost at all, as long as you pick them up in person within *SIX MONTHS*! You
may well get incredible buys on many of these, because you won't need to
pay any shipping at all, and that will give you all the more reason to
visit West Plains.

This especially makes sense if you have a lot of items you have long
considered selling, and have wondered how you would get them to us! When
you consign a *LOT *of items, if you mail them, you have to carefully pack
them all, and the shipping on a *LOT *of items can be considerable and you
have to worry about some of them getting damaged on their way to us.

But if you instead *DRIVE *the items to us (or have a friend or relative do
so) you hardly have to pack them at all, and if you buy any of our current
"oversized" items you can leave your consignments off and then bring back
what you just purchased (and remember, if you pay for them now, you can
wait up to *SIX *months to make your trip here!

*Don't forget to check out these 1,414 very oversized rolled and flat
items, plus all sorts of books and much more at auction closing closing
Thursday (a little less than one day from now)
