Things are not much better in Australia. Domestic mail is taking much longer than it should and I have found Express Mail can take up to two weeks to go from Queensland to Melbourne. International mail is worse and packages often sit at the Airport for many days waiting for a flight.
It’s interesting that customers seem to be very understanding about the delays but that really just plays into the hands of the postal service because customers seem to be so accepting of the situation. Delays are now the new normal. Maybe things would improve if more people complained!
