The other day, I visited the Music House Museum in Williamsburg Michigan and I
have to say It was really great -- and you should go, if you find your self in
the Traverse City area! They specialize in musical instruments which are
controlled by various technologies (piano rolls, punched metal disks, cylinder)
and during the tour they demonstrate some amazing restored machines.

Additionally, they have a working vintage Wurlitzer theater organ with the
pipes and specialty ranks to support silent theater performances, which
apparently they still show during the busy season. The internals of the ranks
are all in the open for closer inspection.

Hidden in the corner there is an original "Tillie the Toiler" silent 1-sheet,
which I really didn't expect to see. And, I suspect that it is quite rare. It
was trimmed, btw, in case you are wondering.

I was wondering if others have similar stories about stumbling on very rare
posters in strange places.

Evan (27 years and still here!)
