so if you are listening..I started in 1977...I was a fan of superhero
as a kid..in 1966 it was Julie Newmar that let me discover my
sexuality's she gave me my 1st erection at 10..as the sultry cat woman
she was the ultimate sex kitten..and Adam later told me as I told Julie
she was the 1st from thatiywas common boys and dads had the hots for
Julie... as also Marilyn Monroe andall the femme battles... although
they also liked the Debbie Reynolds girl next doors fellas others me
like Ann Sheridan.. heyday Lamar Rita..and many other 30s 40s stars//
the violence movies as a kid were cool.... magnificent 7.allthe cowboys
Wayne... Steve McQueen all were cool the war movies/....battle of the
bulge..allthe Wayne..andall the epic war films were cool..\\
until my buddy went to Viet nam...itwas ptsd,,in ww2 they called
itshellshock..my grandfathers in ww1 1918 as a doughboy British as
Bermuda was a uk island.... my dad was sat us marine corps in Korea,,my
point we played with Toy soldiers and cap guns and cowboys and Indians
the I was like 5 -10 and we thoughtindian were the bad gous as wells we
had japenene and German Toy soldiers
Look at the movie posters count how many have Guns in them....now we
thought gangsters were cool too the bad guys like Cagney, Bogart,,,,most
kids only remeberdeniroand Pacino and godfather films but we had many
from the 30s 40 Guns were glamorized as sexy..chicksa liked Tough
guys..as wells gangsters and mobsters were considered cool as they took
chance chicks like them justas guys liked Bad girls -see Scarket street
with Bennetand Robinson....
Ok so now we discover that youth sees gang violence is ok and
shootclasrooms as there is no moral compass..can we blame anyone?? Video
games promote it....and eventide super heroes promote it... what
happened to George Reeves superman or Adam west batman..they killed them
of with dark knights...
so I also watched all the kung fu films the same as you all..the
westerns..the war films like platoon..saving private Ryan all well made
films good actors special effects..
also the Horror films in the 60s we watched old Bela lugosi and Vincent
price and theca fi was great with forbidden planet but that film warned
of mankind destroying itself..
same with Planet of the apes..and others,,
now all the people are tryingtomake political starementsinthe films
but how many sell peace and love..and anti violence???
few Bec peace and love and forgiveness Don't sell.... and don't put
butts in tests...
so they give you bombs killing////and hate as people always want toes a
car wreck... ora fire or killing.... but how many want to see peace and
love.....iam not sure iim guilty I sold this memorable over 46 Years to
many kids now adults..andim sorry I did...some fit left great memories
some I wonder what was I thinking I was 20 when stared selling
itadnillbe 66 in august
all I know is many actors regret doing some of the films..and yet many
will do anything to make buck..as they have no regrets emp[athy
what makes me sad is why does the public ask why Gun violence is
abundant??its been the god of the isa since civil war..and before.. you
don't need to melt thegunsortake them away I suggest take the hate away
from Kids and teach them Lovel and peace..kindness and forgiveness and
respect furniture our waters and animals and restore the natural
resources and also the water oceans... then the kids may not shoot other
kids and family..butmeanwhile look how often the guns are in movie
posters I was shocked... then ask what are your fave film?? I loved th
Eastwood film dirty harrying all the Bronson death wish so wham I
surprised at the culture....
I credit hanks for doing mr Rogers but fact is how many mr Rogers were
there,,,it seems to be shifting but we took over 100 years to get this
crazy....
lets just hope mankind can do as much positive to correct its
blunders..and I can imagine we can if truth swords into plowshares and
teach kids to love and do positive and get ayongwith all races and
religions...
