stuff
well I know how it feels a trademark is the brand and when. china
copied mystuffi was angered at firsthand spent years trying to protect
the name
but then dawned on me..that theydony copies the poor good..they
goafterones they think represent the items
so my clapboard, movie reel clock , megaphones and company name all
bootlegged..
a few were actually ok quality..and so I thought actually was a sign
respect to be infringed
I can still go on eBay and find people selling mold stuff. I made
inlike1988-89-90 for Disney, Universal..andwarner brothers..andsome
items the clock fromGhostbusters gained in value..
so they cant take the history away..
and sureitwas traumatic and I may have ptsd from the long term effects
but I also learned to Forgive..
as who knows what theinfringerm may have also suffered
inthierlives...stress, health ,moneyer other things worse then me..
so if you get bootlegged.. dontdespair..it just proves you had a good
product out name or idea...
the entire motion picture industry was forged on trademark infringement
from Edison, Disneyand about every person in film likestorys ideas
songs,, scripts,, plagiarism is rampant\\
Illnever forget ;title;e desk clock made forUniversald...I spent weeks
getting just right...thepackaging and the design...thebuyer said now im
goingona buying trip tocsin so give your very best Price..basically made
the prototype -out of pocket my money

formula people can copy its they have no Rand d work into it
well thebueyr said well tom we do this to everybody -dont take it
personally!!
I said well next time at least payment to develop it
But thats how we learn...

a huge company asked a man waithexperience to diagnose why machine was
not working
so he went and puta chalk mark onthe component thatwas faulty..
the company was happy but his bill was 10,000/
they said we need itemized bill
the man replied one chalk mark -1.00 -knowing where to putt 9,999.00 :)
when you hire experience person you are getting all thier past
experienced it may have taken 50 years as we seldom learn overnight

wholesale and manufacturing
the first movie poster I bought Bulk was Conan the barbarian,,and
Raiders of the lost ark and Star Wars..
Bladrunner and I bought sat night fever, Grease and a few others
Bulk..great memories
very Thankful for everyone,,everything..even the setbacks..andflops I
