special thanks to Mr.Colin Hunter who contacted me about my computer
that died on Halloween day..im on my 2006 Imac i bought new in 2006 ive
had apples sincethelate 80sand had the performa 600 macintosh,thenabout
4 blueberreies and graphiteandorange ones... theyare simple to use and
have acessability for blinds or low vision and also lean towards
artist,and music, i like the all in one units...
but the new ones have mini c input ports no ethernetports..andmy blind
keyborad is one Usbandthe mouse usb andim on ethernet internet.
Myson offered totry to fix my 2011 imac andthoughtitwas the video
card..so we boughtoneoff ebay..andthat did notwork..thenhe tried to just
get the output fromza hdmi cable still no output..evencomputer places
said my unit was so old 2011 that thelabor was intense
But Tommy offerd andi thoughtitwould be a great educational experienceas
hes fixed two or three TVs he foundontrash day by re seating the
electronics with heatto resolder the electric parts... so i spent 21
for thecardand 8.00 for thecable.. he said dad just geta newer unit
so Today i boughta late 2015 Imac with like8gb and1 TB storage and quad
core..Imac with updated OXZ andseems great i requested excellent
condition for about 300.00 free shipping!!!
so that should get me up tospeed with securityand all..Iam so
thankfulfor theopportunity
Mac of all trades is in Florida..and they have allthe Apple products i
geta 1 year warrantty
the new imac at apple store was 1099.00 and this one has like4 usb
ports,ethernet and all..
so i didnt break the bank,,,,andi suggested maybe i could help disabled
and blind somehow by helping them get Imacs....I will brainstorm this
and see how i can fund it for others ass the apple product do make it
easier to do the internet for me...
I got Tommy a radiator flush for his birthday andi will try tooget hima
new used phoneas he does everything on his phone :)
I want to see Steven Spielbergs bio film it sounds great..andid
liketosee the new animationfilmsandthere are many comingouton Tommy
