Apparently by 1937 Paramount had had quite enough of Leader Press and sued them to try to get them to stop using their stars and film titles without crediting the studio or the stars, charging them with making "grotesque, inartistic, and inferior" drawings in their posters.
They were also bent out of shape over Leader's 24 sheets, an example of which I've never seen.
