It depends on if it is a Netflix Original or a Netflix acquisition. Most Originals are not released theatrically so there usually aren’t posters made. For Acquisitions they are sometimes released theatrically which is the first window before it gets to Subscription VOD platforms like Netflix and they sometimes have posters made for that theatrical window.
