As Heritage's poster auctions have continued to slump, both in terms of quality and quantity, customers have been waiting for Joe Maddalena, the ostensible Grand Vizier, to arise from whatever stupor he has been languishing in and address the many issues plaguing his division (poor grading, Looong auction delays, no communication, crippy crappy weekly items, etc).
He has finally emerged from his torpor and sprung into action to address what is certainly the biggest issue on buyer's minds. Well done sir.
