Yikes, this is quite shocking. I've been wondering about this dealer for a while, as they seemed to spring up out of nowhere. My guess would be that they are inexperienced and didn't recognise that their poster was a repro until you pointed it out. Regardless, that does not excuse their using - and doctoring - your image and passing it off as their own!
In fact, I've just had a closer look at their listings and I think they may be using some of my images too. Check this Hustler 1sh - I know because mine had a green printing smudge in the middle of the cue stick, which I have not seen on other copies.
