I think it's real too mostly because of all the NSS mouse type details on it - although I've never heard of a Style B either, only the teaser. But the poster looks like it literally sat out in the sun, that is, OUTSIDE. I remember putting up a huge cardboard display in front of a west facing window on purpose because of thin curtains. Within a year, all of the reds and yellows turned into the same blue tint that survives in the example you cite - leaving only the black inks behind.
