It is not.

 As for "balance up society," Abe Lincoln said it best, "Government
> cannot endure permanently half slave, half free..."

Parlamentarism has worked quite well for us for quite som time. If you wish 
to have a 18th century system that's allright I guess.

You need not educate me on matters of Marxism and Communism. This too can be 
argued for quite reasonable, but this discussion is quite futile so this 
will be my last post in this tread.
