You wouldn't be listening, whether I shouted or whispered it Platt. Whenever I've (or anyone has) spent serious time respnding to your questions before you ALWAYS end up ignoring them.
But some combination of DMB and Arlo's last responses would be a start. DMB pointed out (in the politics thread) that one that supported freedom and evolution itself would be a good start, and Arlo pointed out my own point better than I did, that the kind of "balance" we are talking about is one that encourages as much dynamic quality interaction as static pattern stability would be a good way to look at it. Government & politics restricts some individual (and collective) freedoms to maintain freedoms of others, by some form of agreement of the population - whether democratic, or simply a lack of revolutionary uprising. A free for all of freedoms always impinges on someone's freedoms, - or might create a tyrrany of the majority, or other well documented political ills - so freedoms must be balanced by responsibilties, and organised "collectively". (Total) chaos is not the best solution. How hard can it be ?
