SA, you're a smart cookie. Yes, it's to be mindful in the
moment. Not the future and not the past. The moment. It's also
sometimes about tolerating discomfort.

I just finished the painting. It was finished, but not quite. My
favorite experience is to paint the eyes. It's then that it comes to
life and I become totally distracted. I can hardly look away from
what I'm seeing. If I paint them too early all might be lost.

I sometimes get very lost in a song too. Well recently I've been
very lost in a song about eyes. (It's punk and drones on, but I love
it.) It's the song 'The Heart Never Lies', by McFly. It was a bit
hard to get, but I have incredible, wonderful allies. So I just
floated through the song and finished the painting.

Life is life,

Marsha
