Marsha,
I rented this today ("The Girl in the Cafe"). Didn't know what to
expect, didn't know if the place would have it, but I found it. It definitely
looks very interesting. My wife and I will be watching it sometime from now
til Sunday. Maybe tonight before the big game, Argentina v. Nigeria. The U.S.
v. Brazil (women's) was yesterday, and an outstanding game, one of the best in
the Olympics. It was a very tough game. Really didn't know were the U.S. was
going with the game, they played defense pretty much the whole game until about
the last 5 minutes of the 2nd half and overtime. The few shots on goal
(compared to Brazil) the U.S. took, but their placement was accurate, 1-0
final. Argentina looks awesome, very fun to watch. Haven't seen any Nigeria
games, but looking forward to watching them play. My wife and I are staying up
to watch the kick-off @ 12 midnight U.S. eastern time. I don't watch sports on
TV anymore, except soccer, and that's
only the Olympics or World Cup matches. I go to middle school or high school
volleyball games, my wife coaches, and those games are actually fun to watch,
I'm sure it has to do with the games being live and nonprofessional.
til later,
hot, windy, blue sky day,
