Hi all,

check out this link about how the E8 polytope was recreated in Second Life:
http://nwn.blogs.com/nwn/2008/10/universe-in-the.html

I met the Wizard Gynoid near her Sacred Geometry gallery in the SL
metaverse. Our conversation did not progress as far as I would have liked
however after I blundered; could the incredible complexity of these
creations be the product of the beautiful young woman before me? And then I
asked her was she really a woman in real life. I thought wizards were all
male.

I asked had she heard of the Metaphysics of Quality; turned out it was her
reading of ZAMM that led her to study philosophy at university but she
thought Pirsig's 'Lila' was self-indulgent. She said it was Pirsig's ideas
of the convergence of science and art that inspired her.
