Hi all, check out this link about how the E8 polytope was recreated in Second Life: http://nwn.blogs.com/nwn/2008/10/universe-in-the.html
I met the Wizard Gynoid near her Sacred Geometry gallery in the SL metaverse. Our conversation did not progress as far as I would have liked however after I blundered; could the incredible complexity of these creations be the product of the beautiful young woman before me? And then I asked her was she really a woman in real life. I thought wizards were all male. I asked had she heard of the Metaphysics of Quality; turned out it was her reading of ZAMM that led her to study philosophy at university but she thought Pirsig's 'Lila' was self-indulgent. She said it was Pirsig's ideas of the convergence of science and art that inspired her. -Peter Moq_Discuss mailing list Listinfo, Unsubscribing etc. http://lists.moqtalk.org/listinfo.cgi/moq_discuss-moqtalk.org Archives: http://lists.moqtalk.org/pipermail/moq_discuss-moqtalk.org/ http://moq.org.uk/pipermail/moq_discuss_archive/
