I have not deconstructed extramental form down to photons, and I am not a 
radical idealist.  I have merely stated that the eye experiences only patches 
of color.  Names, definition and other knowledge about trees and rocks is 
conceptually constructed. patterns of static value, on a flow of dynamic 
quality.

  This process of names and definitions is intellectual, except I wouldn't 
bunch up "patterns of static value" with this intellectual process definition 
you gave above for there are other spov's that aren't intellectual.  Value is 
one way to understand.  Mental is another way.  But that was in that quote from 
ZMM that started this thread.  So we've come full circle.  Thanks for 
discussing.
