Marsha,
I have no "stake" other than a conviction based on experience that
theism is not
something to be discarded without serious and considered intellectual
contemplation of the detriment to society in doing so. I have made
my position
and my point quite clearly at this point, as evidenced by the ongoing
conversations with those with whom I've been discussing it.
You can choose to constructively engage it, flatly ignore it or continue to
actively (and in your case personally) malign it. Some here have chosen the
first and the discussion, I think, has been fruitful for all
involved, and I dare say
to some of those only reading it. Some others have chosen the second and its
frankly hard to tell what has come of that.
Yet you for whatever reason have chosen the latter and the results I must say
seem to me to be distinctly low quality.
I find that regrettable.
Michael,
You are far to sensitive. I only posted an article from the Herald
Tribune. For some reason, that seemed to elicit a comment from
you. Have you become THE moderator on all topics concerning theism,
god and religion? Now that would be low quality.
Marsha
