Willblake to Arlo:
IMHO remmbering is thinking.

Andre:
Hi Willblake/Arlo:

Thought must cease before any understanding can take place. Thought is the
result of the past; thought is founded upon the reaction of many, many
yesterdays- that is the response of memory, the result of time; therefore to
have an intimation of the timeless, the thought process must come to an end;
to receive something new the old must cease...not including such thought or
memory as is necessary for everyday living.
From: Krishnamurti 'The Years of Fulfilment' a biography by Mary Lutyens,pp
72-3 (my paraphrasing).

Interesting isn't it?

Cheers
Andre
