Andre: Hi Arlo, when I was working in psychiatry many moons ago I had the same thing happening to me whereby a fella threatened me and my young family. I went to the cops and their simple question was: 'Joke or no joke, serious or not, DO YOU FEEL THREATENED? I said yes! (the guy had a habit of driving around town with an axe). Whereupon the police said: If you FEEL threatened it is real for you and your family and we will take action.
