[Platt] Thanks for the reference. It's clearly about race, not about the
defect in SOM intellect. It reflects that part of SOM intellect that prides
itself on unbiased objectivity, its main claim for dominance
over irrational, culturally influenced social level patterns. SOM supports
free speech for the same reason -- for the sake of objectivity.
But objectivity, like efficiency, is not a moral stance. Both tend to
smother Dynamic Quality.
