This is a recommendation for a great, wholesome, award-winning television series. Ive watched all eight seasons and there is nothing that equals it in quality on Americas cable or network. Its a story of strong, wise, quality (real) women, and very inspiring. It takes place in Australia which looks to be a country of high value. Its much, much more than a chick flick, not intellectual or glamorous, but with lots arête. If youre looking for something great to give the women in you life, you might start them off with the first season. When I was growing up it was, The pioneers went West, taking their wives. , this point-of-view is so much better.
