A "cosmos" is simply an ordered system and ordered systems are defined by what they are not, thus the only way an ordered system can be understood is in the light of this fundamental relationship with randomness which leads inexorably to the Metaphysics Of Randomness Ontologically Necessary.
Or by it's oh so appropriate initials, MoRoN. Capitalization pursuant to any old random way, and holding forth stupidity as the ultimate basis of being. I mean, why do they call it "dumb" luck if not to properly label the most elemental characteristic of randomness? That being, no intelligence in it at all. In fact, lack of intelligence in randomness is it's virtue; what is not intelligent cannot control or compete with the ego. Stupid is the ultimate value for such being. Accordingly in this view, if any kind of ideas about cosmological design arise, the most necessary thing is that they not be intelligent. Heaven forbid. Stupid design, dumb luck design. that's fine. Just no intelligence please. Actually Krimel. I see a great deal of hope for such a metaphysical stance to be socially accepted; in a purely pragmatic way, you ought to pursue it. I look around and see all kinds of evidence that stupidity is extremely popular, if you can make some bucks off it by positing its value, who am I to blow against the wind? Looking forward to further discussion, MoQist to MORonist, and vice versa in whatever random/Quality fashion respectively occurs.
