I don't think Horse says that an artificial intelligence system has
INTELLECTUAL patterns, nor do we humans "have intellect", the
intellectual level resides on top of the social level and it was the
biological species Homo Sapiens that DQ "rode" to the social level,
only in THAT capacity are humans the biology under society and
intellect. OK, a bit uncalled for, but it must be pointed out.

The Q-level system don't work backwards : an intellectual pattern
creating its social base creating its biological ditto. It's SOM invading
the MOQ with it's "mind-out-of-matter" notion, computers waking up to
consciousness when complex enough. It will never happen.

No need to fear "attack" from computers. As said DQ picked the
human biological organism - its intelligence - for the Q-social
development thus the window of opportunity is closed for other
"races". Computers just mimic a small segment of biology so
regardless of its power it cannot rise above the artificial stage. It may
be equipped with limbs and move about, but regardless, it will be a
machine.
