Hi Mark, Not to worry. Art will keep going, only this time on its own merits, not by a handouts from a bunch of political hacks on a committee in Washington. And while Congress is cost cutting they should get rid of that boondoggle called the Department of Education. If it had been a profit outfit with such a miserable performance record, it would have gone belly up years ago. Next on the block: Social Security.
