Typing is difficult , Mark, i keep getting infiltrations in my spinal cord/neck 3 epidural injections this month. All this shit comes from driving with a triathlon-handlebar on my bicycle all the time. Tomorrow i will switch from degressive training to progressive training again Maybe it will improve, i hope so. I want another good year, i will become 52 on 9th januari, and i'm powering up again, after the winter i will re-enter the competition. I will show the fuckers.
