I am saying in the real world, and that it is a bad thing.  But it goes on
nonetheless. I would allow him to use his own books and teach Quality.  That
was stated in the rest of my statement that you snipped.  I can play the snip
game if you want.  No difference to me.

No snip game intended, rather trying to ascertain if you were supporting
Platt's idea that professor's teaching their own books is a "protection racket"
or not. 

And, honestly, I don't mean to "snip" anything. If I omit a part of what you
said in one post you feel is important, restate it, these things get incredibly
long otherwise, I make decisions about what I think is valuable, if that skips
something you think is, please let me know and I'll address it.
