Yes, indeed. We create with our intellect. We start with reality. Comprehension is creation. If we create our own reality, then we are comprehending it. This would be the pragmatic approach.
BTW, we create our experience, comprehension is one such experience, same as a hot stove. Just a little more complicated. What a wonder Man is!
