Fine, but!! If what you say is correct, then there is nothing new or amazing about the 
MoQ. You put
forward a strand of mysticism that is over five thousand years old and suggest that 
Pirsig is merely
restating it. I'm not saying you are wrong or right here, I'm simply pointing out that 
if the
corollary of 'Lila' is as you say it is, then (on a philosophical level at least) the 
whole book was
utterly pointless. Sadly, this is a corollary which sums up the vast majority of 
contributions this
week - it would seem that many agree with you, whether they realise it or not.
