Hmm... I'm not so sure about that anymore. First of all, it seems a little strange 
that each lower level is more static than the level above. Then suddenly the "level" 
below the inorganic is nothing but dynamic.

My thinking goes something like this:
Suppose there is a level below the inorganic level, this level would be more static 
than the inorganic, let's call it the quantum level. The quantum level doesn't look 
very static to me or anyone else I assume. The challenge here is to discover the 
pattern
of that level and would leave ~88% of the MoQ uncharted.

My approach to this challenge, and other level problems, is to look at the levels 
above (or below) and compare their interrelationships. In this case, the quantum level 
looks chaotic to the inorganic level, but when we step up one level, we see that the
inorganic level looks equally chaotic to the biological level. The only way we can 
taste a bar of chocolate, (the "hello world" example of a biological SPoV), is to 
consume it, and then it's gone. The biological Quality Event is the only biologically 
real
"thing" and if we want to experience it again, we have to take another bite and 
consume some more.

The same thing happens when we observe a quantum event, we call the inorganic QE the 
observation and this observation consumes the lower level patterns just as the tasting 
consumes the inorganic patterns of the chocolate bar.

Maybe I'd better stop here for now, let me know if someone's interested to discuss 
this in depth.
