Thought could be looked at as the dynamic component of the intellectual
level of value. The products of thought - philosophy, science, math, etc...
would be the static aspect.
For example, Aristotle's philosophy is the product of (intellectual)
thought - an individual dynamic creation. It became static. Really static
for the Western world. However, future individual philosophers thought some
more and dynamically added to the static philosophy.
