Is the MOQ a good basis to form a political movement?

The MOQ has a lot to say about political issues. At least some of them.
For example, abortion is moral so long as it occurs before the fetus
develops the ability to think. Intellectual pattern dominating biological
pattern. The death penalty is immoral so long as the criminal does not
threaten to destroy the society (ie treason). Intellectual patterns
dominate social patterns. Free trade would seem like a good idea because it
introduces a higher degree of dynamic quality. It's ok if some animals
become extinct because they are simply biological pattern being dominated by
social patters. The public promotion of the Arts should be made a top
priority since Art expresses dynamic quality. The interstate highways,
ozone layer, public libraries, and cities are all static latches that need
to be maintained. Furthermore, the MOQ handles political extremes quite
nicely. Some people are really against late-term abortions. And some
people are really against the death penalty. Few people are as strongly in
favor of late-term abortions or the death penalty.

The MOQ has a lot to say about political issues. However, it appears
neither liberal nor conservative. Ok maybe a little liberal. But it comes
to its platforms from Pirsig's moral hierarchy, not a left/right political
bias. Americans are becoming increasingly apathetic and cynical towards
politics. We've been moving in this direction for quite a while and the
trend shows no signs of reversing any time soon. Furthermore, most people
have already made up their minds on the "issues." They've decided a long
time ago what issues are important to them and where they stand. If you're
a real pro-lifer then there's no way that you can be sold on the notion of
prevention of human life. And if you're a die-hard union member there's no
way you're going to think free trade is more dynamic. In my opinion, the
success of a MOQ based political movement would succeed or fail based on how
well it fit into people's existing values. That's why both the democrats
and republicans are being increasingly drawn to the center. However, the
MOQ might fit Americans values pretty well. And any new political movement
is sure to gain some support from people who are simply fed-up with the
status quo.

How can a political movement based on the MOQ get started? Well it cant be
a grass-roots movement. A few strong Bolsheviks must lead the way. The
ideas are too complex for most people to understand. And a nation governed
by a MOQ party would fuck over state and local governments. The whole idea
of relative or subjective morality the makes powerful local governments
effective has to be abandoned. Whats moral for Vermont might not be moral
Texas. Under the MOQ, that argument just doesnt hold up. Well ALL have
to become vegetarians!

Obviously in order to form a MOQ political movement some ideals are going
to have to be trimmed back a little. What ideals should be sacrificed?
What ideals need to be sacrificed to make MOQ sellable to the American
public? Can the MOQ ever be taken beyond the personal quest for
enlightenment and effect things at a social level?
