Richard - Your recent post seems to serve only one purpose. To blast someone else. I don't understand how you can know that Brian has been hiding...seeking safety in lurker mode and not just observing and trying to get something out of reading what others post. I also disagree with the analogy of butcher and meat. Much can be learned by observing and reading (didn't we all get to this forum cuz we READ pirsig's book(s)? Lately I would agree with Brian...there has been a lot of bashing of people - more than discussion of ideas. I haven't posted lately because the tone of the forum has been so negative. And while there is negativity in my post, it is not at you or anyone else - it's at the tone presented in posts in general lately. I don't know any of you well enough to attack you personally. I respond to the points brought up.
