I think of inorganic Quality also as being composed of both static and
dynamic patterns and also as a layer that is evolving at the same time as
all the other levels (organic, social and intellectuan). The reason I think
of the inorganic level as also being Dynamic is because as some of you have
already pointed out, it is compose of elemental particles (atoms and
whatever is underneath it). At this stage on the lebvel of evolution, life
evolved to create mankind, but it could of been different and it can also be
different somewhere in a corner of the Universe. Sometime in our biological
path, a Calcium molecule decide to bond diferently due to the enviromental
push it was under (let's call it dynamic evolution). It bounded to form a
cartilage and somewhere around there life was born in our planet.
A few days ago I was trying to explain to one of my 'very catholic friends'
about this concept. Funny how we all thing to be talking about the same
things. We got to agree that the explanation of the creation of life as
explained by Catholics is a symbolic language. That was as far as we went. I
couldn't get them to move an inch over some other kind of explanation.
It is refreshing to come here and find out that my thoughts are not alone.
