I read the extract as saying something rather more subtle and interesting 
than that: that it's not possible to draw the absolute Platonic distinction 
between mere 'static constructs'on the one hand and capitalised, 
transcendent and untouchable Quality on the other. I think this distinction 
is probably a peculiarity of the Western philosophical tradition which we 
now read back into Eastern texts; cf. W.T. Stace, 'Mysticism and Philosophy' 
for example.
