Hi All

Desperate words from a desperate person Struan. It looks like your bluff has been
called old
chap! Whether or not 'Anon' is correct in his interpretation is a matter for debate,
this forum is
a place for debate (although hardly of the mass type that you seem to hanker after) so
please
debate with the person that you assert is wrong. He may have abused Aristotle's words
and
ideas or he may not - and as I'm no scholar of Aristotle it's not for me to say - but
he has
certainly not been abusive towards you, except in that he has dared to disagree with
you and
provide a prima facie rational argument. If you are unable or unwilling to engage in
debate
over this matter then whinging and whining to me about it is pointless so don't bother.
If I were half a man such as you I would probably stop the debate but being a full man
I see no
reason to stop intelligent debate in the correct arena.
Can you prove they are lies? Or is it just another opportunity for you to engage in
your own
abusive behaviour as a none too subtle means of avoiding the issue and avoiding a
debate
which there is every possibility that you will lose.
There is a pattern building up here with you Struan. Where you are unable or unwilling
to
debate with your equals and (possibly) betters you resort to verbal abuse and
irrelevance
hoping that it will distract others sufficiently that they fail to notice your own
inadequacy.
Unfortunately for you though, you've been rumbled!!!!!
At worst 'Anon' is guilty of misinterpretation (possibly, I don't know, see above) but
this hardly
constitutes abuse - except to the most warped and desperate mind.
So Struan, as a test of your encyclopaedic knowledge of philosophy and mastery of
debate
let's see if you can conduct a conversation without resorting to insult or abuse or
swearing
etc. If you can do so until a reasonable conclusion is reached I will donate £10 to
the charity
of your choice. Ya can't say fairer than that me old mucker but I think my money is
perfectly
safe.
