you know im not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to these 
discussions, but i think that we're straying pretty far from the moq with all 
this copyright banter.  i think a lot of it could be settled in private 
emails instead of these sweeping, grandiose announcements to every 
subscriber.  i dont know how wise it was sending this out, diana seems like a 
rhetorical wildcat.
