Fernando, That was the idea of the constitution, it was supposed to be an evolving set of laws Changed by ammendments to reflect the best intrests of a changing evolving society.. It was constructed by just that purpose as the one you mentioned. And yes I've been to parties that evolve and take on a life of their own.... And the post partum the next day.. -x
