[Platt]
The main reason for the ban was the publicity surrounding the book by Rachel
Carson, pumped to a fare-the-well by Greenpeace and other liberal environmental
wackos using typical scare tactics that the press loves so much to ballyhoo.

[Arlo]
Again, with poison I don't fault anyone for erring on the side of caution. It
seems now the restrictions will ease, so the "I Eat DDT For Breakfast" crowd
oughta be happy.

[Platt]
I want motorcycles to obey the same laws as automobiles...

[Arlo]
Then, if you were truly "less government", you should want automobile
restrictions loosened to those of motorcycles, not the other way around.

[Platt]
... and I don't want people forced to wear masks.

[Arlo]
Nor do I. But then again I don't support laws to legally FORBID the voluntary
practice either.

[Platt]
I also favor laws against public nudity although you are all in favor of walking
down the street buck naked, or so you say (speaking of hypocrites).

[Arlo]
I favor the individual's right to choose. Saying this does not make me a
hypocrite if I don't always choose the same way. However, saying you favor the
individual's right to choose, and then supporting laws that take away this
right... well, that, my friend, is hypocrisy.

But we've kinda veered off the topic here. "Moral Revolution", what say we get
back to that... and feed our inner hippies. :-)
