[Craig]
So if the facts don't support your generalization, choose a smaller, more select
sample?

[Arlo]
That was simply a typo, I sent a correction immediately afterwards. Fact, among
the three Republican forerunners there are 5 divorces, among the three Democrat
forerunners there are 0 divorces. (For added hilarity, as I said, look to the
specifics of those 5 divorces for adultery, cousins and fun ways to tell you
spouse you're leaving her/him (e.g. via a live press briefing)).

I'm no prude here, Craig. I could care less about "divorces", and I think its
just more distraction for the media to hype it. But it _IS_ fun to point out
the hypocrisy of the "holier-than-thou" crowd. (I am divorced, by the way.) You
know, I hear all the time about how "liberalism is amoral" and the cause of the
disintegration of the Noble American Family. As DMB points out, there is some
serious self-redirection going on here.

It was outright shameful what the Moral Crusaders did to Clinton, a disgusting
public flogging at the expense of those who would be most hurt by his actions.
And its not the Clinton should not have lied, the question should NEVER have
been asked. And Newt led the charge, all the while leading his own little
adulterous life.

The Right pretends it and it alone is "pro-family", depicting the left as some
Great Enemy to the Family, and yet its pretty clear there are greater troubles
within the Moral Ranks of Gods Army than in the amoral liberal minions of
Satan. I am soooo sick of hearing "family values", as if that's some political
cleavage point where "they" support it while "the others" don't. So, yes, every
chance I get I point out the blatant hypocrisy involved.

Oh well, that's the end of my rant on this. I promise.
