Don't you find you have to assume other people are subjects too to get along
with them? If not, I'd be surprised if you bother to answer as it won't mean
alot to us objects!

[Case]
I am not a solipsist. But I understand that it is a logically unassailable
position. This is what allows Micah to continue spouting inane one liners
without actually saying anything. My recent comments were more or less along
the lines you suggest. But I do think it is mistaken to talk about subject's
in the plural. 

Solipsism remains one of the unsolved problems of philosophy. I reject it
for pretty much the same reason as does anyone who thinks about it much.
That it is just doesn't matter. Whether I am a brain in a vat or an object
in the material world, I get hungry, if you cut me I bleed, if I get hit
with a hammer I scream obscenities. 

It is better to just go with the program than trying to reason your way out
of the vat. In the past I have said I reject solipsism as an act of faith. I
still think that sums it up.
