The inventor of the wheel was...I can't name him - I'm unaware of the name.

2+2=4 is a human concept. Time is a human concept. Awareness is a concept.
Intestinal parasites are not a concept.

No, as the wikipedia article & Ham pointed out, it was the other way around.
The detectors reacted first to something unknown to us (hence, the term
"X"-rays.)  We later discovered what it was that affected the detectors.
