Hi Ron,

I have just started to open this can of worms in my head.  Not being 
a theoretical physicist or mathematician, I don't know their 
experience, but I can't imagine setting up a problem without some 
investment in the outcome.  Even curiosity seems not void of 
emotions.  Yes, caring also seems to be emotional.  High value, low 
value, no value?   I'm just looking for a high value way to approach subject.

There was some writing on this subject a while back, but I can't find 
it.  I think I remember Platt writing that value was linked with 
emotions, but I could be wrong.
