Hi all, We have a new topic for discussion this month, March. It is Topic 1 proposed by David M Buchanan: "Does Pirsig's work help us to sort out the distinctions between metaphysics and the mystical reality?"
Voting broke down as follows: Horse: 1 David Buchanan: 1 Marty Jorgensen: 2 Lloyd Klinedinst: 1 Sam Norton: 1 Wim Nusselder: 2 Rick Valence: 2 Note that I haven't included Glenn as voting for his own proposal, as he didn't send in a separate vote. I'm not sure if that's absolutely correct, but as DMB voted separately (ie in addition to his proposal), it seemed better not to count the proposal itself as a vote. It Glenn had voted in favour of his own topic then we would have had a tie, so at least this way we have a definite answer to be going on with. Opinions on the February topic are still invited.
