Dear morphometricians, I have question regarding the two-way ANOVA procedure used in analysis of asymmetry.
What type of sum of squares should be used in it? In the Statistica package I can choose from six different types (I - sequential, II - partial, III - orthogonal, IV - estimable, V - full.rank, VI - unique). Which one is the most appropriate? Does this choice relate to avoidance of influence of the level of asymmetry on the level of inter-individual variation? Thank you in advance Ondra Mikula ([EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>) -- Replies will be sent to the list. For more information visit http://www.morphometrics.org
